Shipping
All orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. Standard orders are shipped through registered mail which requires a signature upon delivery. Express orders are shipped through DHL Express. A confirmation e-mail with a tracking number will be sent to your email upon dispatch of the order to let you know it’s on its way.
Standard Shipping fees:
– up to 49 EU: 8 EU for the EU and 10 EU for outside the EU
– up to 199 EU: 10 EU for the EU and 15 EU for outside the EU
– 200-599 EU: 15 EU for the EU and 20 EU for outside the EU
– over 600 EU: FREE
Express Shipping fees:
– up to 49 EU: 15 EU for the EU and 18 EU for outside the EU
– up to 199 EU: 20 EU for the EU and 25 EU for outside the EU
– 200-599 EU: 25 EU for the EU and 30 EU for outside the EU
– over 600 EU: 35 EU for the EU and 50 EU for outside the EU
Note that you are responsible for any taxes or custom duties incurred for countries outside the EU. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items or orders that have been returned due to a wrong address.
Returns
You can return any item during the next 14 days after receiving your package. The products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all Kalinka tags on. Please note that you are responsible for the returned product(s) until it reaches us. Kalinka will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. You are advised to send the package with a dispatch number so that it can be traced.
Shipment costs are at your charge, except if we have made a mistake on our side (in that case, please send an email to hello@kalinkakids.com informing about the order number and mistake, and we will take care of the return).
Return Process
– Please email us at hello@kalinkakids.com and inform us about the order number, order reference and item(s) that you wish to return.The item/s should be unworn and labeled.
- We recommend to mark the return as “returned goods” on any customs or postal forms and also outside the package. Please remember responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us.

– Once we have processed the return, you will receive a return confirmation email and you can then expect to receive a refund within 14 days.
– Refunds will be issued to the same payment method as used in the original purchase.
- Returns expenses are your responsibility, Kalinka does not refund the cost of return shipping costs.
Exchanges
Kalinka operates with exchanges. In this case please contact us via e-mail hello@kalinkakids.com and inform us about the order number, order reference and item(s) that you wish to exchange. The shipping charges are at the customer’s expense for exchanges.
